Welcome to WOODS & BOOKS, a small, independent online book & curiosity shop based in the most famous of English woodlands: historic Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. 

We stock new & old books: vintage, collectable, antiquarian, out of print titles and first editions. We also stock a range of locally handmade gifts, hand poured candles and vintage treasures.

Our focus is nature & the natural world, heritage, folklore, traditional crafts, wellbeing and hearth & home to lift the spirits and rekindle the gentle nostalgia of times and places gone by.
