As a small fledgling business, and with some rather heavy items for sale, our delivery prices are based on the final weight of the parcel. Our inventory system automatically calculates the weight of your basket and will allocate a delivery price as follows:

Please allow 2-3 days processing time from the date you place your order for us to despatch your items, and note that we only ship within the UK at this time. If you need your order more quickly than the timescales noted above, please contact us directly on and we’ll try our very best to help.


Our Art Store items are handled by a third party provider and these items will be shipped separately.

Any pre-owned, vintage and antique items in our shop are a number of years old and are likely to have been held, read, loved and passed on.

Whilst we select our collection very carefully, choosing items in as good a condition as possible, there may be imperfections commensurate with age. 

Please read our condition descriptions and look through our photos to make sure you’re happy before purchasing. Antique, vintage and pre-loved items will not be in the same condition as new items and as such we cannot accept the return of a vintage, pre-owned or antique item because it is not of the same standard as you would expect if it were brand new, and will not be considered faulty. Any major defects over and above general minor wear and tear that is to be expected with such items will be described, photographed and displayed on the product page.

As a small business, we personally select each item for our collection and take the utmost care in carefully packaging it and sending it to you, so you can be assured that anything we send to you will have been treated carefully and packaged securely before we send it out to you. We obtain proof of postage and use a signed for postal service for peace of mind.

However, if you aren’t happy with any item, please email within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know, we’ll email return instructions to you, and from then you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund. We will process the return within 14 days of receiving the goods back and the cost of the item will be refunded to your original payment method in 7-10 days.


Please re-package the item carefully and securely and in the condition that you received it, and use a recorded and tracked delivery service to return it to us. As soon as we receive the item, we’ll begin processing the refund via the original payment method. 


At this time we are unable to reimburse return postage costs or refund order postage costs. Thank you for your understanding.
